Where do you deliver to and what are the costs?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £50 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. Below this we charge £5.95 (ex VAT). We deliver to most areas in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe, although some locations and courier availability can restrict our service. We may charge a fee to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking link with your order dispatch confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account if you have signed up for one.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

For small or lightweight items (under 60kgs) deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you are not available each time an attempt is made our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect your item(s) from the courier depot. Please note that some couriers will return an item to sender if delivery fails on numerous occasions and unfortunately we will need to recharge to re-dispatch your order.

Does my order have to be delivered to my billing address?

We can deliver your order to any address such as your work address but we will require your billing address during the order process.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.

What if I need to return my order?

No problem at all. To get a refund, you’ll need to contact us and ask for a Customer Return Authorisation (CRA) number, the item will need to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. For more info on our returns please see our Terms & Conditions.

Unless items are faulty all return carriage costs are borne by the customer. Please ensure you parcel is adequately packaged and insured for loss and damage. Make sure to get a tracking receipt in case there are any issues with your return.

What if my delivery is damaged?

If your delivery is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours on 0843 289 5644 or via: so that we can report this to the courier and arrange for a replacement.

Delivery Timeline

LMB Supplies operates a fast and reliable delivery service throughout the UK. Please read these terms carefully.

If your order is under 100kg we dispatch using DPD and you should normally receive your delivery within 48 hours.

If your order is over 100KG we will send this via a pallet service.  This can take between 3-5 days depending on driver availability and the time of week that you order.  We typically send out our pallet orders on Tuesday and Thursday.  Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date and confirm this with a delivery note.  

It is imperative that you let us know if you DO NOT have a fork lift on site as we can arrange that with our carrier but we must know in advance to avoid extra charges.

Take a look at our returns rules

1. Include your CRA number with your items.

2. Unless faulty, items must be returned unopened, along with the original packaging.

3. There are a few items we can't refund:

- Made-to-order items, such as special product sizes.

- Any delivery charges incurred with your original order (unless the items are faulty).

4. Send your items to LMB supplies at the return address detailed on the Customer Return Authorisation. We can't reimburse your post and packing costs, unfortunately.

5. We'll refund you once we receive your item(s) back undamaged, but it might take up to 28 days to appear on your statement.

6. If your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours on 020 7476 2888, or via email: and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
